Products Damaged in Transit

Before, each item is shipped; we do several levels of rigorous quality checks to eliminate the chances of a damaged product being shipped. In the rare event that a product is accidentally damaged in transit, we will happily replace it with another piece of the same items. Please note that the issue has to be communicated to us within 48 hours of delivery of your order via an email to support@luckylips.in

Undelivered order

For prepaid orders (online payment) that are undelivered due to inability of the member to accept the parcel (e.g. member unavailable, out of station, incomplete address, and member shifted, etc.) Our courier partner will attempt to deliver the order at the mentioned address even if the parcel undelivered; the customer has to collect the parcel from the courier office. All Cash-on-Delivery orders that were return, we reship only after the payment for the same is made online.

Damage Pack

Customers are suggested to do not accept your order product, if your box/bag is found open, tear or damage condition. Immediately inform us by email at support@luckylips.in for non-acceptance of your delivery.

COD Charge & Delivery Charges

Luckylips offers free shipping on all Store Items’ order above Rs.599/-. Shipping charge of Rs. 60/- will be levied on orders below Rs.599/-. Cash on Delivery (COD) charges on all orders above Rs. 599/- is Rs. 70/-. COD Service will not be available on orders below Rs.599/-.

Gift Wrap

We provide gift wrap service for all the store items on special occasion likes a birthday and an anniversary or just to tell someone how the special they are! You have to fill the shipping detail of the recipient’s like Name, Address and Contact details at the time of order. We will charge Rs. 20/- per item as gift wrap charges.

Change in Policy

Luckylips has discretionary power to change the shipment policy at any time. You are advice to please refer the shipment policy time to time.
