Return & Replacement

 

We at LUCKYLIPS sell authentic products, all our items are genuine and purchased directly from the manufacturer or from their authorized distributors or from Vendors. Beauty products are our core business area, our R&D Department always try to provide the best product from which our esteem customer can be satisfied maximum, after purchasing beauty product and personal care products, we do several levels of rigorous quality checks to eliminate the chance of return and replacement of beauty products and other products. You will definitely satisfy and we make you happy by purchasing on LUCKYLIPS; you will love the products that you bought from LUCKYLIPS, you shall never ask for Return or Replacement. We at LUCKYLIPS do not have practice of Return; we only accept replacement in case of Damage or Incorrect items received. If you received damage products we replace it with the same item.

Replacement Due to Damaged in transit

Before each item(s) is shipped, we check every item to eliminate the chances of a damaged product being shipped. In the rare event a product is accidentally damaged in transit, we will replace it with another piece of the same size, colour and shade. Please note that the replacement request should be done within 7 days of delivery via an email to support@luckylips.in with a picture of the damaged product. Our Q&A team will check the item(s) back to us, please ensure that the product must be with their original packaging, seals, labels and barcodes intact, unused, unopened position. We will update you about confirmation for replacement.

Incorrect items received

We have excellent fulfillment process and the right shipment would reach to the right person at right place. In case you receive incorrect item(s) from the ones you ordered, please don’t worry; just inform us within 7 days of delivery via email to support@luckylips.in with the photo of incorrect item, we will picked up that incorrect items from your house. We will definitely send you the right item(s) as soon as possible.

Free items are not eligible for Replacement

Free Items with the order shall not be replaced in any circumstances.

Replacement will not be accepted under the following conditions

  • Product is damaged due to use/altered.
  • Return without original packaging including, price tags, seal, labels, barcodes intact, freebies and other accessories.
  • Serial Number is tampered.
  • Free product provided by brand.
  • Any jewelry that has been washed and jewelry not in its original condition.
  • Replacement request after 48 hours of delivery.

Change in Policy

Luckylips has discretionary power to change the Return & Replacement policy at any time. You are advice to please refer the Return & Replacement policy time to time.
